Shipping

Orders within Germany are delivered free of charge.

After receipt of your order, it will be processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Due to our improved logistics, the estimated delivery time is currently 6–10 business days.

Returns

If you would like to return your order, you have 30 days from receipt to do so.

We kindly ask you to arrange the return shipment yourself with a shipping provider of your choice and send the goods back in our original box.

We will process your return promptly and refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order.

Returns can only be accepted for items in their original condition and with all tags attached. We appreciate your understanding.
